Used it, didnt spray very well out of the container i had, Iron X seemed a bit more fluid.

LOVE the BM, i really want a 330d Sport in red ;)
Well, its been a long while since I've done this type of detail on the old girl, but by god she's come up a treat.
These are the steps i took, hope there ok (used my new Kestral DA for the first...
Amazing! Cant wait to see the finished artical...............HURRY UP :D
Does it even try to turn over??? Does anything else work??? I know some P1s have had issues with dodgy ignition barrels causing strange issues
With a name like Muggins, they probably saw you comin ;) Welcome to the forum and good luck getting it sorted
I also had the same issue on my 05 S60, turned out to the my IPOD plugged in the the GROM unit trickle charging over night and causing a spike on the battery, thus setting off the alarm ;)
And your thinking of selling your car after all this work, love and attention :slap:
Ooooooooooo, sign me up :D
All's you need is a nail head, and a drill hole. I'll see if I can find the thread where i fixed mine :D
Also, I wonder is they can make standard steering wheels a "bit more chunkey" like the sports ones????
Watch of for those speed humps and ground clearances in multi-storeys :hidesbehi
James,
Use this guy, I used him for my S60 clocks and the service was spot on, 3 days in total from me sending it to coming back.

Having had both cars (quite a few S60s) all D5's, Id say the S60 is the tighter car, and the V70 is very floaty. Both have superb seats, both are superb in quality whatever spec. Ones thing that...
I think your doin a great job James, its nice to see another car saved from the breakers. I've done the same with my V70, bought it off my mate as he was going to scrap it. Spent two grand on it so...
Just FYI, I had exactly the same issue with my 2005 S60 D5, I replaced the TCV, the flexi hose to the turbo (common fault) and changed the fuel filter, but it ended up being a VERY sooted up turbo....
He seems very knowledgeable, and he wreckon's his cleaning will probably cure the issues with the injectors, and injectors should be cleaned periodically to keep them in tip top condition
Well, seeing as I've now go two spare injectors, 1 gives a lumpy idle and the other rattles under load, I thought Id give this guy a go on Ebay.
...
Try that little test and see if you have a leaky one. Mine had a rattle when on load as well (pinking sort of)
You need a T30 Star Torx and a 3/8 socket set maybe, it took me 5 mins to swap. Buy...
Well, the test come up trumps, replaced number 5 and no more slight misfire and 2mpg more so far :D
LOVELY! Whens it for sale :D
Yeah, a bit of "splash back" and not so tight fitting tops (wobbly drill) but 5 is definitely the offender here, replacement ordered :D
My car has a very slight misfire on startup and at 1500 revs when warm, the glow plugs have been tested and are ok, so I thought id check the injectors. Looking on Ebay, a leak off kit was about £20,...
I preferred it standard :D
