The 140NS grade Gearbox oil quietens the chatter at idle from the SMF. If you use stock oil, it will be noisier.
The 2007 Clutch kit married to the TTV SMF is an absolute joy!! Super fast...

Just buy the coolant from Volvo. You'll need 4 bottles. Then drain it from the Radiator drain port and do a fresh refill yourself, using a large clean container to mix 50% water and 50% coolant.

IIRC the indicator relay is on the fuse board, which is effectively the CEM, under the nearside dash in the footwell.
You'll need to pull down the cover and twist the lugs to pull down the CEM.

I have the M66 TTV SMF in my R coupled with a 2007 clutch kit. Have to say that clutch feels nice and light, smooth biting point. Makes an enormous difference to acceleration in 1st, 2nd and 3rd...

The alarm is a Thatcham approved unit, so it will always arm the alarm when it locks with key or the remote.

I would plug in VIDA or a diagnostics that can communicate with the Alarm control...
