was looking at getting a decat downpipe for my s60 t5 has anyone done this on a p2 without limp mode and codes popping up.

there is no knack mate just rip it out you need power that's it when its off give it a clean with some contact cleaner. if that doesn't work try cleaning your etm its a pain to do if your not handy...

yes that's right but if you have the r with the kk24 and the manifold is different to mine .I have the japfold manifold with the 16t so I think the holes will all be in the wrong place.

there must be dude its not on my car I binned it 3 years ago when I could not get it to fit back on. might try ebay for a new one and see if it can be modified to fit .

there's lots off heat coming from the exhaust manifold too as the heat shield did cover that too I wonder if there's a talented person on here that could make one up :bounce:

has your heat shield been off for 3 years too , mines been off for about the same but its melted through the plastic covering on the servo wires and the heat alone under the bonnet is stupid I think...

no its not there it doesn't fit when you go bigger.

Since i put a ferrita 3"" downpipe on my s60 under bonnet temps are up due to the heatshield not working with the ferrita so it had to stay off. I think the temps are up that much by the turbo thats...

am sure there is a a guy breaking an s60t5 on here with a genuine tdo4hl-16t with only 73k on it and hes after £125 I would look at that first rather than Chinese.

brembo max discs are very good value for money mine have been spot on and affordable too put with ferrodo ds2500 and your good to go. standard brembo on the rear is fine .

did you use atf-u carlube that's what I used in mine been fine for 20k now.

when I do mine I pump the wastegate up to 4.5 psi then adjust the arm so it flops on easy I have a test rig to but I think am looking at it wrong it seems that you are looking at when it opens am I...
