The N/S side skirt has been damaged by an object in the road. The only part damaged is the separate small section just in front of the wheel. Volvo want £149 and you have to buy the whole side skirt....

OK so Santa bought me a Nextbase 312GW which while I await my hardwire kit is connected to the rear passenger 12v socket in the centre console. This seems a good option. I can easily hide the wiring...

Does anyone know what parts the V70 and the Mondeo or other Ford model are shared. I ask because at some point I / we all need parts but I reckon Ford would be cheaper than Volvo. I can't imagine...

I love my P3 had a P2 & 1 a few years ago I just like Volvos I guess :o
One good thing about Fords input is the ease of changing the headlight bulbs no more scraped knuckles and trying to squeeze...

I'm really not sure about the autoexpress test mainly because most winter tyres have a really poor efficiency rating for wet braking so how does that stand with the claim that they stop the car in a...
Thanks I wonder if that's why I'm getting a rumbling noise from around 40mph. It really is annoying and thought it was the new wheels?!
I'm running non OEM alloys 17" 7J original were 17" 8J. Current tyres are 245/45/17 W XL. Volvo spec 225/50/17 & 245/45/17. However which one is right?
I'm looking at getting some winter tyres or...
I've gone for 36 all round on the basis that hopefully somewhere in between the two settings will be right for me and the car. Most of the time it's just me in the car doing shortish journeys.
Does anyone use the econ tyre pressure settings on the P3? There are 2 settings at normal load and road speed, 33psi & 38psi to me that's a bit of a difference.
I think that's what's happened to mine. I've washed good quality microfibre cloths with washing liquid containing fabric softener and they have poor absorption properties.
Microfibre has been around a while now so I was wondering.
Does anyone still use a chamois rather than microfibre? microfibre just seems to hold anything that sticks to it fluff, dirt etc.
I've had a polestar upgrade on my D5, I'm wondering what else I can do to squeeze some more power bhp and or torque. What would you suggest?
Thanks
thanks for the suggestions. Yes they did come with spigot rings, plastic ones which the tyre place fitted. I'll go back to the tyre fitter see what they have to say.
Had my lovely new alloys put on the car yesterday kept the original tyres on as they were in such good condition and a good make. All good and really pleased with the look.
However I think...
I've had the polestar upgrade going fro 215bhp to 230bhp I'm happy with it and it's a safe option!
