You've canibalised all the edges off my beloved 480, replaced them with an S40 front end.... and ended up with what can only be described as the "aftermath" from...

I'm sure one of the techies will probably give me a trout slap for this one but have had a similar problem (not on the t5 or a turbo'd vehicle) that was caused by a goosed CAT / Lambda sensor.

My mate had to get rid of his 1.7 480 as parts were so hard to find.

Volvo have discontinued most of the spares for them as far as i'm aware and finding these things in breakers yards is like...
