For the §§§§§§ all you are going to gain i'd put your efforts into making it grip and handle better. :)
Depending on what springs, dampers and alignment you have I would probably just look at increasing the size of the rear arb. Leave the front standard.

Stribo - speak to GazT4R on T5D5 about how hard it is to do the bevel seal. He has just done his angle gear so should be able to give you an idea.

I think you are doing pretty well then! 30k and you've still got at 8-10k in them! I don't get 10k out of a pair of fronts!
With slightly bent rear suspension I only got 7k out of a set of ZV5s on...
Do you have a lot of weight in the boot a lot? Sounds like they are running toe-in quite a bit - more weight in the rear will cause this along with a poor alignment. Do you have a print out of the...
You need to be very careful with the flywheel, single or dual mass. Intercooler is fine, but ideally get it pressure tested as its pointless fitting a holed one. The holes aren't always obvious.

Speak to MRG in Chippenham as they'll know the answer. Don't see why it would corrupt the car as it will only need the buttons and software to make it work. I'm sure other people have done it?!
If you are going to do it, then do it properly. The Koni fsd + Eibach is supposed to be crap as the Koni fsd shocks are for standard springs.
Any time i've ever put eibach springs on to standard...
