Solved that with oil sump seals and new oil pump.
Drives perfectly apart from this diesel style...

No smoke .... Pulls like a train.
There is a pulley or tensor whining too
Doesn't make any noise on tickover

Has anyone attempted to put the straight 6 and M90 gearbox in a 240/264 shell
I got a low mileage S90 and was thinking of a block swap in to my 78 264
Any ideas ?

PCV box and pipes all changed in under three hours !
No need to take off the fan or any pumps on the service belts.
Not sure why in the HOW TO there was description of removing those parts...
