You need a 940. My 98 2.3 lpt and 95 2.3 lpt with 15g both do over 30 mpg driven gently and I have seen over 35mpg when in full grandad mode.

However the one with the 15g doesn't get driven slowly...

- 15g turbo
- Blue injectors off a T5
- 3" MAF off a 960
- Back box delete with straight pipe
- Manual boost controller.
