My drivers side mirror definetely used to heat up but its knackered now. Imin the same situation as Fraz, it moves ok just doesn,t heat up

Funny you should mention this, I have just noticed this morning that my drivers side heated mirror is not working too

Yesterday at our Scottish meet in Fort Augustus i went over a hump back bridge at about 20 mph but did not realise the severity of the opposite decline and i bottomed out heavily at the other side....

I have an S40 T4 mate and i think they are great cars. my one has been a gem and has only needed new discs and pads all round recently and a few other small bits and bobs which is not bad for a car...

i am indeed bud, also thinking about a deisel. Fuel is costing me a fortune just now. Im doing more miles than before.

Should have been more specific, the one i am looking at is a 03 plate/2003.

Yep, it was the ball joint underneath had popped out. Took it to the guys i bought my first T5 from as they are gearbox specialists and they have sorted it. Thanks for replying EvilEdna
