I`ve just done a flush and change on a P2 2.4 aw55/51 box and that stuff cost £55 sovs for 4 litres and we used 12 litres

Done a few things

Full set of new injectors (old set found to be fubared when sent for cleaning) , full set of new coil packs , not done the oil seals yet but they are on my list , oil and filter...

My P2 explod idles at a steady 800 rpm on the button mate

Yep no probs

The gap between tyre and middle of wheel arch at body is 100 mm or 4 inches if you prefer told you it sits damn high

Inside measurement is roughly 10 inches mate i:e tyre surface...

Just go and buy an explod

Tyre rubbing on P2`s is a known problem and volvo admit it

On P2`s there is a metal deflector plate bolted to each inner wing in the position where the tyre`s would rub

If your tyre`s do rub...

Same / similar set up to the P1`s and all the pipes do roughly the same thing as on a P1

Sound`s like you got your new MAF from the same place as i got mine and i had exactly the same probs as you`ve described and mines a manual

I`ve sent the MAF back for testing and i think i`ll get...

When i bought my first T5

It was on the log book as being 1700 cc although the seller did point this out at time of purchase (perhaps howie missed this when wrapped up in the sale)

24 hrs to charge a battery thats well knacked mate it should take about 8 hours to fully charge even on trickle

Also check the battery for your alarm and siren as if thats flat the car will not do...

You can get the jewel/crystal lights as on the 2003 C70`s from a volvo dealer mate

The fog light malarky is correct volvo in its wisdom decided that one fog light would beenough as thats all the law requires you to have although i believe you can make the other one work as well but...

However the car in question is deffo not a T5 nor is it a 2.5 low pressure turbo version

This reminds me of that other T5 that was on fleabay the one with the 2.8...

Thats a 2.5 normally aspirated engine

It even says 2.5 on the tailgate and the engine size in his listing is given as 2,435 cc which is indeed the older 2.5 engine

Perhaps someone should ask...

My bad its actually an extended range tank will look similar to a standard tank fitting wise but it should be slightly larger width and length wise to carry the extra fuel

Have a look underneath mate as it could have a second tank fitted as some plods do for motorway patrols as they would look a bit stoooopid calling off a pursuit because they ran out of fuel
