hi there, the outer c.v boots are very easy to replace as the driveshafts can be split in place, so there is no need to remove the hub nut or loose any gearbox oil, this can be done on various makes...

was there any oil present in the intake pipes ? have you cleaned the intercooler out , just a thought incase the old turbo was passing a bit of oil

as merc said knock the insides out of the cat,so that when it goes for its MOT it still looks as if the cats still fitted

I used to have yellow dip beam bulbs in my 850, they were just cheap ones off ebay but lasted 4 years

M-R-P is dead right start with easy stuff first

also check the intercooler aswell as these leak on the D5s and cause the same problems

try disconnecting the vac lines off the engine mountings and blanking them off with a small bolt or similar then take your car for a drive to see if the fault occurs again if it doesn't you then know...

hi there, did they read the diagnostic trouble codes when it was in the garage, if so what were they ? but as Harvey said check the front and rear engine mounts/vac lines 1st as it could be a leaking...
