I got 430 out a tank driving to Scotland at 60mph (don't ask). Around town only it would give me close to 300. I think the worst was 260.. Overall i'd agree in general that 300-350 is and average...

I always ran Avon ZV5's on my C70 T5.. They just seemed to work..

The brakes on my Volvo C70 T5 (RIP) weren't great at all. Lots of brake fade etc.. The only way out is to fit a decent set of pads and disks at the same time. The stock ones are for normal sunday...

There are too many variables to an engine's wear that could lower the measurable power output to be too general about how much wear and tear might affect that output. Well loved and well serviced...
