Could be the VVT hub, they rattle when they fail.
As above check for boost leaks, as well as the hoses check both intercoolers, and the small hoses that link them. When i changed our S60R intercooler, the main one was starting to bow at the bottom....
Will be following with interest.
I thought that the operation of hydraulic clutches made them all self adjusting.
If you own a Volvo, an IKEA family card is mandatory. :P
If anything you want to stiffen the dampers, and fit a softer front ARB. Control body roll with the suspension as much as possible, with an ARB as an assister. A stiff ARB will just send the shock...
A front strut brace will help with steering feel, though you don't want to go too stiff on the front end as that'll just cause more understeer, a rear strut brace will help promote lift off...
An alternative would be to fit R steering lock limiters, the downside is a dreadful steering lock.
I'd have thought they'd have been the same, the only difference there might be is in the plugs, but then you could just swap the bulb holders over.
You will need the ECU remapped, and possibly the CEM teprogramming. The angle gear is the same, but the splined sleeve is different.
Mine have never twanged, how much preload have you got?
Non operation of cruise control is normally caused by a failed clutch position sensor, although VIDA should be able to tell you exactly.

2.4 T5 has a K24 turbo instead of the 13T of the LPT, also has green injectors, instead of oranges. LPT has a slightly higher compression ratio than the T5, and obviously the mapping is totally...
Mine login is "1"
Yes.
Ah right, yes that's a square one, the first link was for a round one.
No, the square bush won't fit in a round hole, you need this one....
Yep, you've got it. :D
If you spent as much on cameras, as you do on manifolds, you might get some decent pictures. :hilarious
You'll have to take the steering arm and bottom arm of the hub carrier to remove the driveshafts, as long as you reattach the hub carrier with the driveshafts out, it will roll fine. Assuming the...
There's a core plug behind the fly wheel which has been known to fail on the diesels, also check your rear main seal.
They are all interchangeable, I swapped a standard T5 one for a japanifold on my pre ME7 C70 T5.

Unless it's very lightly boosted, 4 psi, then you're going to need to lower the compression ratio. Also if you fit a turbo, you'll need water and oil feed and return lines for it, and an intercooler....
Could be a cam sensor, needs plugging into VIDA, to get codes, as normal code reader won't pick all codes up.
