If your going to put some of that stuff through it make sure you change the fuel filter first because it will break up all the sediment and send it upto the injectors and make a rite mess of them

Yes but that doesn’t mean they haven’t been cleaned and tested at some stage though.
That sounds like air leak or injectors need cleaning. if its done more than 80k the injectors are ready

I now have a Grit blaster so all metal injectors can be grit blasted to remove old paint and rust at no extra cost. They do come up nice....
