As I feared mate... Thank you. Obviously to change it the strut et al has all got to come off has it not? How much to change it labour-wise is fair? I've found some on ebay for £18 plus £3.50...

My bro AlV70T5 had a very similar problem to this. I think it ended up being his ABS unit which he completely replaced - bought one cheaply off ebay.
He did a similar thing completely...
