He was as stated in his post from January 23rd.
You REALLY would? Why? Are you looking to purchase this turbo? Or rather, start an online argument with John?
This looks like the one of the cheaper options:

Take a peek at how this guy readjusted the pressure plate:

Thanks for the info. I'll be keen to see how you get on with your bigger wheel and machined comp cover.
Out of interest which company will be doing the machine work? AC Turbo in Skem?
Hi, try unplugging the MAF then taking her for a spin. It could rule out a dodgy MAF.
I replaced mine recently after replacement wishbones:

James, take a look at this site for your flywheel (budget allowing). The S60R/V70R flywheels are very expensive as a thorough search has highlighted (£500-£600) but here it's £379.31. See what your...
If you find out it is propshaft related then take a peek at this:

Correct. When I pulled the angle gear I looked at up the CBV - you have a vague view of it. Not possible to do from underneath even with angle gear out.
Hello, my guess is that the oil pan gasket set caters for the many Volvo models both petrol and diesel. Generous Volvo throw in a slack handful of differing paper gaskets into the kit allowing you to...
:wavey: .... did you finish.... ??
Good luck with the CBV - it is a tedious, frustrating install!
:B_thumb:
I don't have any hard data for you or a boost gauge to compare the pre/post CBV fitting. But from the seat-of-the-pants experience it was worth fitting.
Boost levels don't seem to fade at higher...
Hi, I've got one fitted with the green spring. Have had the car mapped since so I suppose I should fit the yellow spring. Get ready to spend a couple of hours lying on top of the engine when you fit...
I did in the end. The 90 deg elbow was pinching slightly but the 135 deg elbow solved that issue.
I'm glad it worked out for you. That original intercooler was battered!
What turbo is in the 2.4T? kkk k24?
There you go Nick:

I've read your AWD Prop shaft woes, how to fix thread - that was top drawer. I picked up a tub of Silkolene Pro RG2 in preparation.
I'll be underneath the car as I plan to pull the prop shaft to repack with grease the CV end caps this week. After reading this thread it looks like I'll be tightening the exhaust mani bolts while...
As my S60R has reached 122,000 miles I thought it would be prudent to change the oil seals in the sump/oil pan, plus the pan needed resealing anyway. I picked up an oil pan gasket set 30750783 -...
Surprisingly very little; a hand full. I had to trim the radiator tray - used tin snips. I put a FMIC on my old Golf Mk4 1.8t and that was way more awkward and time consuming than the Volvo.
