Hi thank you. The car is an estate so plenty of room for a tank.
Where is the injector supposed to be placed?

Nope, no ECU.
Thanks, Rob.
Hi, I've been thinking of doing an LPG conversion to my 740 which is using a B200E engine which is direct injection. Does anyone have a info on whether this should take a single or 4 injectors?
I had to remove mine to fit the new form pipe
You'd be surprised how many diesel Volvo's we get in for warranty issues such as the EGR and cooler, luckily you do not have to pay for it as they are not cheap!
Volvo's are not what they used to be.
Have you looked at S70/V70 speakers as the ones in mine R are really good, as good as the brand new Volvo's I drive at work. Failing that the C70 are said to have good speakers.
Also just think of how quick it would feel after the fix, you'd get another 70 odd bhp.
Usually it is pretty obvious if a turbo is broken- there will be smoke or loud whining. Even then they still create boost, not far off what they should be creating!
Your's sounds like a boost...
I had them on my 190bhp 205 DT and they weren't good at holding the power down to be honest but they were 175's.
I am thinking of some 215 45 17 Nankang NS2-R's for mine ;)

looks lovely. How do you find the tires? I have them on the rear of mine but they are pretty cracked so cannot really call a judgment.
Good time that.
When I took my R, my first ever run ever up a strip and I got 14.92, with a leaky IC and passenger. I need to get practicing.
Did you use the NOS?
You nutter!
Interesting to see another S70R thread though. I think I'm going back to the OEM with mine now apart from a few subtle mods.
How does the NOS feel then?
Would it not be a lot cheaper to just get it re-built?
Could it be that the spring is too hard, needing a strong vacuum to let it open?
Love it, too good to modify
I got some from JOM.com when I bought them form my old car
But I wish I just got lowering springs on my old car as these are too stiff to go fast on the roads
Can we swap?
I see you are running the old K-Jetronic like mine, does it sound like a diesel slightly?
Yeah, I'd say around that kinda power :)
This car is lovely :D the trip looks fun!
I start my road trip around the UK on Sunday so will need to fit some speakers and fix the fuel gauge tomorrow
I had rusty bolts on mine which were a pig. If I remember correctly there at 4x 10mm bolting rad to IC and 2x 12mm(?) Bolting rad to chassis: these little ££££ suckers have tabs spot welded to the...
I vote silver or maybe a slightly darker shade
My brothers did this and a new temp sensor mostly fixed this and then when I did the PCV we found a the vac line at the end of the manifold worn and broke off and that completely fixed it when that...
Steve, where is this place? I only have one key for my R :(
