It does fly - once on the move..... With the 19T being twin scroll as well, little difference in terms of lag/pickup. Embarasses as lot of newer technology motors that give you a WTF look!!

As above
Prepped passenger front which had been repaired at some point and was showing rust bubbles in paint (reason for doing it), then did all 4 doors. Quality material and a heat gun and no...
Yes, it was done as a "one off" by a rally prep company who swear they will not do another!!! It was all done real time (on a disused airfield), not on a dyno so no power figures (which I ain't...
No! Anything I have done has no visible bubbles. Like I say though, lot of wasted CF before I either got it right, or gave up!!!
Good looking job! Wish I'd known how maleable and stretchable the quality stuff is and used heat gun before - would have saved lot of time, swearing, wasted CF and money!!!!
A hybrid 19T TD04......
Well, went mad and got stuff off mate for exterior. Got the lower half of both rear doors done in just over an hour. He gave me tip on using heat gun for it (it's heavy duty exterior stuff) and jesus...
Cheers for offer but hard drive had everything tried to resurrect it by mate who is a guru with that sort of stuff.... Long gone now... Not going to do whole car, but CF rather than fake wood is...
Strangely, was thinking of using off cuts to do last bits tomorrow around dash.... Had pics but lost them all when hard drive crashed earlier this year (now got external drive that everything is...
Jubilee clips are crap so I just change them as a matter of course with the Mikalor clamps. Kind of need them as it runs at 1.5bar....!
Yep, had stuff lying about from other bits that have been done - rear spoiler, sideskirts, engine and cam cover, most of "fake wood" interior.... Getting more off mate who has a graphic signwriting...
As per title... Had some CF left lying around so decided to do both strut braces. Oh and seeing as I've had a Turbo XS DV welded to a joiner for best part of a year, decided to do that as well........
If you have this (these), would you part with one?! Would love to get front end like that!!!
You mean to buy it? Yeah, member on volvoforums wanted it and was going to pay the £1500 I was asking but I need it at present at least until I secure new job....
As above, still got the old T4 and after mate did repair on alloy for minor kerb rash (father discovered it didn't have the same steering lock as his Hyundai when he moved the Volvo last week),...
Would they bolt straight up to a P1 S40 or are mountings, fitting etc all different?
Having fitted my old Volvo plugs to another T4 that was running rough and which solved the running issues, that was all the proof I needed. Volvo plugs which BTW, should only set you back £20 odd...
Loving everything - except the lack of pic!!! And those have to be the most serious specced brakes I've ever seen on a T4! Out of interest, what tyres are you running?
Mitchyboy, that could be just the find I'm looking for... I was going to go down the ViPec route but had the same issues in terms of losing knock sensing, cooling fan etc. Fitted with a custom loom...
Well nowt at all suggests a more major problem than either a diaphragm problem on the actuator, or a problem with the recirc valve. Problem with either should still allow for some boost, from...
Nothing at all?
Simple answer is yes - presume your certain that there ain't a leak in any hoses? Also, if you are running higher boost than standard, the recirc valve may be letting it go too soon. Same problem can...
When you say a blanking plate, are you meaning taking the recirc valve off and putting the plate on? That's not going to change anything as regards the wastegate actuator and diaphragm which I though...
If it feels like that, could very well be that diaphragm is split/torn. It will not hold boost, that's certain.
Slomo, would you be so kind as to post up the details and spec for the intercooler - I am of the opinion that I need to upgrade in that department to keep pace with the other developments - always...
