Got a transit van atm as need a van for a few months..then may get my rear end in gear for new project 440 and stuff a turbo engine in it(dunno why a 440 and no i dont mean the 480 hatch proper...

check the idle valve pipe hasnt split and the pipe is sealing ok..you can find air leaks by spraying gt80 or simlar or even easy start once it find the leak the revs will rise a little..

got mine fairly quickly..ring him is proberbly best thing to doas he can be busy

does it run the same with air flow meter disconnected??
condition of dizzy cap and leads makes a diffrence to running as well..does it misfire as well?

mine got a recirc plate and no more lag than standard really, rip kit is on my list of mods as well.... i do get a little sort of big lag when engine is cold and in 1/2gear

fuel pump relays common on the...

rear crank seal is a favorite as well...oil seal on the block from turbo return is a very common leak point and if the pipe is a bit bent or squashed it wont seal right and u may need to resort to...

cable tie to pull on the cable slightly in 1 direction may cure it..thinking about it is there a plastic collor the cable sits in on the back plate(havent looked my self but just a idea)

are u sure its not something else rattling?? shock bottom or top mount.does it rattle when jacked up and u spin the drum

std 850 jack will lift both wheels off the ground this is how i painted my calipers a few weeks ago when my normal jack seals decided they didnt want to play ball...
