Loved my car in the beginning....
Never been hugely impressed with the fuel economy but it is a 2.4 litre engine so I accepted it would never be as good as my old 1.9 TDI.
Consistently got low...
B5244T is the block size shared across the various power output versions on that engine. (That being the 2.4L 5 cylinder.) The B5244T5 is the 260 horse version.

I've ordered the heavy duty front wish bones, which come with better bushes and bigger ball joints....
Hopefully that should future proof it.....

Really easy to replace the side I've done. The other side...... tricky, as its cam sprockets off. I only had a new cambelt fitted about 1000 miles ago so I wont be doing that side for a long time.

Owing to confusion I have only done one of the seals.
Most parts outlets confusing call them "front" or "rear" camshaft seals which made me order one of each. When in fact, "front" means the cam...
"edrive" button is like super eco mode (will make engine stop/start). Sip away at the diesel....
That must have been some parts bill!!!
I could be wrong but I think alot of the starting issues were with the plastic throttle bodies on the PSA 2.0 D (4 cylinder) engines found across the earlier V50/S40 cars.

Gonna try the standard ECU back in when I'm off at the end of the week and take from there. I think I'm being over picky with the car.

When I say it didn't used to do it, I cant remember if it changed after replacing the original ECU with the RICA one. The car has been on/off the road numerous times in storage over the past five...
I have a boost gauge. She only max's out 11/12 psi.
She does have a rica ecu fitted. Maybe I should try the original back in it and see if it sorts itself out. Least I would know either way.
I've inspected from the turbo to the top of the intercooler. The reducer pipe on top of the turbo has seperated internally and I thought I'd found the culprit. Got a replacement and its still exactly...
