What mods you running. I realy thought with meth and the ported head you would of been on the other side of 350 bhp.

first thing id be looking at is why has the head failed. Oil in each cylinder suggests the head has lifted to me. If it was gasket failure then youd only expect isues with on or two pots. Chin up...

Its only a visual inspection on dpf. Make a dummy pipe and get rid of it. They are nothing but bad news. Ive removed them off all my diesels. No bad side effects or anything.

If you have feeler gauges butt the two of them together hand tight and check for gaps.
If you can check the flanges havnt distorted. They shouldnt of but its possible if the clamp wasnt tight. Stainless is a bitch for distorting unlike carbon steels
Stainless wont rust. If its chrome coated it will. If its stainless a magnet wont stick unless its 409l which is magnetic
Standard exhaust will be fine.
