Thanks all
I did bend her ear about the numberplate bulb being out though, and the knocking from the suspension that she'd known about for a while
You can't see the sidelights as the headlights are on all the time.................
OHs car, I have nothing to do with it since she took ownership
Lack of updates = dependable car
This year the MOT was interesting lol
MAY 2015 FAIL @ 188k for the following:
Nearside Front position lamp not working
Offside Front position lamp not...
Nope nothing specific just looking at options
Thanks for the great reply :) really following the P3s with interest tbh
I'm glad someone picked up on it.
You'd expect better from our leader wouldn't you :D
Comfort is what other brands are lacking in my experience, once you've spent time in Volvo seats you struggle to find anything that comes close.
Excellent, thank you for replying :) I'd like to return to the brand sometime in the future.
It never broke down, it never threw a big bill.
It was reliable, it was comfy and a joy to do miles in.
The XC90 was a gift horse!!!! of course I'd be "happy" with it, despite electric seats that move about overnight, auto wipers that were completely unpredictable, temperamental mirror folding motors,...
I doubt that very much
Constant niggling issues mainly electrical, crap suspension parts, poor quality interior parts.....just general w**kyness
Keen to hear from actual Phase3 owners...
As per title.
Serious question btw.
Have been out a while now, How are these shaping up?
100% workhorse :D
They come on with the ignition along with all the other warning lights, then go out once engine is started.
As per this clip at 55secs

Update: Neither of these light have come back on since
~Cheers Steve, considering how covered in mud and crap the car is usually that wouldn't surprise me.....if it comes on again I'll get it scanned
Google suggests at worse it is the ABS control...
OH's 2002 S60 D5 flashed up with yellow "ABS" light and "skiddy car" picture light yesterday, went out after she turned off and on and hasn't come back on since.
Any thoughts please?
Thank you...
Happy Christmas all.
I had a couple of hours in one (A good friend is pretty high-up in BMW, he had one for a weekend), amazing car ...
Nope.
The filthiest exhaust note I've ever witness firsthand
I agree, I don't like the way Volvo have messed with the model designations lately either. :(
It should be (as it always was)
T = Turbo (Petrol)
4/5/6/8 = Number of cylinders
Lovely isn't it.
I'd put money on it.
Buy cheap pay twice.
Got mine for the S60 from PFV
