Uprated cooler, lowering springs, tints, wind deflectors. Cold air intake, bigger down pipe and sports cat, torque mount. You will find all the focus st mod parts fit the c30 apart from intercoolers....
You shouldn't get chatter as your still running normal air intake. Unless you got it before on normal gear. Induction cone filters give "chatter" as it hasn't got any sound stopping walls like normal...
It's 2007. And my mate had got a 59 plate with one on his and it doesn't make any difference to the car or ecu warning lights. There designed for the st so volvo is the same. Not a problem!
I've fitted the atmospheric recirc valve on today and no warning lights have come up so id say it was a success.
This is an expensive one, 140 quid from an st performance place. It's a proper direct replacement from the original one but when that one recirculates all the air pressure what it doesn't need into...
Hi, I have bought an atmospheric dump valve for my c30 T5 and was wondering if any one has ever fitted one to the s40 or V50 or c30 as it seems abit of a big job to do, well a few hours any way. so...
Ye, I fancy a rica one as they are same a polestar but not sure where to get one from as I don't want to have it done at a back street garage and them put the software in. I also want it on the dyno...
I think I'll end up having a polestar remap as they are the ones used on the new motors so must be all tested and I'd rather be safe than sorry with abit more horse power.
Hello, I have a 2007 Volvo c30 T5 at 220bhp, I'm looking for a remap for it to take it to 260bhp and quite like AET at Wakefield but was wondering about a rica or polestar remap as these are what...
you can do loads to the C30. My mate has a 59 plate one. i have an 07 plate one. he has had lowering springs put on it, bigger injectors, bigger intercooler, bigger brakes, full stainless exhaust...
Hi Ben, I have the C30 T5 on a 2007 plate. same engine and same rolling gear. all chassis, engine, gearbox, everything is the same apart from the shell. I have never experienced this before, so i...
I had a Landrover Defender and had a clifford concept 650 put on it, cost around 600 to have it done, but it had prox sensor, break glass sensor, tilt sensor, motion sensor, auto window shutting,...
Hi. Thanks for your info. I know that LPG is getting more expensive but is still cheaper than petrol. I will contact them this weekend and maybe have a run over Saturday morning to see the place and...
Thank you very much laserowl. I will be in touch with that company to get a price. Would you be interested in a Yorkshire meet for the vpc Yorkshire area members. There is a meet this saturday. At...
I found it the traction control settings, just press the reset button and a whole new level of "OH S_ _ T" starts to happen fast. haha
That sounds like it could be it. It has it on the dash and a reset button. Cheers pal
Not bad then. Remap I think is what I'll do when I save some more money. I'll get it on LPG first, anyone know a place what have done T5 engines and haven't had problems?
Yes it is on my brothers V50 but it's not there on my C30 so I'm abit confused to how to turn it off.
I don't want to spend a lot. I'm having it put on LPG next week but was wondering about how to give it more power. So I can keep up with STI scoobys. Also how do you turn off the traction control. It...
Hi, I have a C30 T5 and was wondering what is the best way to get performance out the T5. Which are the best places to get a remap or a chip. Might prefer a remap to keep it standard. Anyone know any...
Oh right. That's ok then. What did you have the head apart for then?
Cheers for your help. I'll be booming mine in with them by the sounds of it. It's worth traveling to a good garage to get it done properly. Do I need that valve protection stuff they put on or will...
Cheers everyone. I think if yours is all ok I'll take mine there. Any idea on how long it takes? 4 days?
I'm at Sheffield. Not too far away from the midlands area.
