Fantastic results Lance, you must be chuffed.
That wasn't 3 second 60 though, more like 5. Still good for a barge though!
Sounds good, will pass on the info cheers.
A good friend has just bought his first Volvo. An immaculate 2000 model year XC70. It's a petrol turbo auto with 80k on the clock. A superb example of said car. It also drives very well indeed and...
Chap at work has said car, it is jerky to drive and does f-all to the gallon. Any idea's what's wrong with it?

Great news Dave - lucky boy!
Our first T5, an 855 T5 CD auto with RICA304 was my wife's car and she was 22 at the time when she got it IIRC. I had the M3 though :firedevil
Ah those were the days :sorry:

Great example, though I am not a fan of your mods. Glad you saved one though!
There are plenty of great RWD car's out there depending on what you want out of a car.
BMW is the obvious place to start.
40mpg and stunning midrange, like the T5, from the 330d and in sport...
Do you do the water pump on these at the same time?

The 240hp C70 T5 weighs in at 1500kg and the 620ti weighs in at 1365kg with 200hp so naturally the T5 would be a touch quicker but they are a similar 150hp/tonne. I too had a 600 with the psa sourced...
I wouldn't, although for £200 I'd run it for a bit...
Which is a great experience

Are there any vids of this?
Not having a lot of money, and owning a Volvo T5 isn't a great mix? You know they do 18-23 mpg do a set of front tyres in 5000 miles (or is that just me :D) and for the mechanically sympathetic have...

As above, plus you should check top mounts. If you have been scrubbing your tyres, once properly aligned it could still feel odd. With fresh tyres [not essential] it will be back to where it needs to...
Once you get it up they they really hang on you just need more bends than straights on your journey :D
My SV run's fine on it :D
vanishing point
ride the clutch a bit, it might improve?
I would check the work over again. Injectors can be noisy under load but it is impossible to guess without hearing.
