Righto, update time. After changing the plugs it solved the stuttering. Discovered mbc was leaking so got me a new one. Got a Turbosmart Boost Tee.

With a bit of heat and trim detailer they can usually be made to look almost new. Matt black never seems to last well on plastic trim no matter how well i prep it.

I'd rather it was just grey standard. If it was black it means the handles, boot trim and roof rails should also be done black.

The trims have been hit with matt black fir some reason just the front wing trim and front bumper. I'm going to try heating them with the heatgun. See if the oils coming out the plastics help lift...

Yesterday was probably the last sunny Sunday we'll get this summer so i took the chance to clean and wax the 850. It was in a right state when i got it but i've been spending a day here and there...

Hmmm i'll save a few pennies and stick with a mbc. Are there any other common places for them to leak pressure?

Any benefit in buying a decent ebc? A mate of mine has a HKS one he's never fitted. I remember having one similar fitted on a Rover 620ti years ago (another totally under rated turbocharged barge!)

Which pipes go where on the bcs also? Does it fit in where the mbc is just now?

I'm not getting 16psi. I'll take someone with me on a run tomo and see what it says. Anyone know the fuel cut level with the Rica map?

I guess the best bet is to plumb back in the bcs and see how it runs. Anyone know what kind of boost i should expect roughly with a Rica map? All the hoses are tired so will replace them bit by bit...
