if you're not in a rush (really mean not in a rush) and you keep it under your hat....lol....I'll see what I can do

Breath not being held!
good, but I will look at it, as I will have to modify my system further so you may still benefit by being so bold to pinch it in the first place.....which was funny, if you leave loose bits lying about... lol
seriously considering buying a tig at present just need to be able to justify it to myself and sneak it passed the mrs's....;)
and one more thing the FRANKIE MODE controller has arrived, I have shut it away and resisted the urge to fit it, but for how long that last's god only knows.....lol

Now it's just a question of where to mount it, internally I'm thinking but where??, a few spots come to mind but it has to be functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye and as if it was meant to be there. So could be a while till it finds it's correct mounting location, but some nice red pvc piping is here ready to plumb it up where ever it gets fitted....:)
It has come to my attention that the early 850 lower arms have a separate ball joint, is this correct and does anyone out there have set they no longer need, that I could beg, borrow, steal or as a last resort even buy...lol..... condition of the bushes or the ball joint is not important as they will be replaced with new before fitting....thanks
Just remember when changing the lower arms, to remove the whole hub assembly, then fit black powerflex bushes, and wonder why your whole car shudders when you go over a bump. ;)
"Molesport" - like it! :)
I too have my own motorsport division - Pikey Modification Tuning, or PMT for short!
As pictured here Molesport prototype intake system, nothing new but custom made at least

Polybushes to be made for the lower arms next, but want to get arms were I can replace the balljoint separately, as the bushes in theory should out last the ball joints. Need to also make up a new bulkhead bush as the current one is shot and fit the lower gearbox steady which I have already made new bushes for. Also looking at making a poly front engine mount as I've spotted some possibly free suitable material to attempt make one from, so that needs some serious investigation as to it's feasibility.
Ouch!!!! took a new (bad) line at speed into the last roundabout before work early Sunday morning.....It didn't go well.......

Flesh wound, nothing too serious?
Just look like my normal parking wheels :)
Oh dear. That's going to meet more than a touch up stick!
Has it split the rim & caused air leak- or has the camera angle just made the tyre look flat?
would take a bit of machining back to clean up tidy, it took a pretty hard knock tbh
lol.....parking wheels
I don't think so, it is more the way it is parked I think. I will be keeping a close eye on that tyre, but I will be swapping onto another set with winters on in a few days time, which I was glad weren't on the car when I curbed it as they would have come off far worst as they are rimless.
I would have just blamed Jayne.
Lol!
Louise used to say that about the S70.
Soon grew to like the laggy boost though!!
Bad times about your wheel though, Ade :(
Louise has ruined one of my fake Pegs.
She swerved to avoid a kid being pushed into the road by his mates though, so couldn't shout at her.
Update time....new intake pipe has required a small mod, A 1" spigot is now required to allow dv re-circulation back into the intake pipe, this is currently blanked off in the pics, whilst I'm awaiting the delivery of the new red piping the plumb the new re-circ valve to the new spigot.

And another mod just under modification/construction is the Installation of Paul's (Volvostorm) old 3" dp and system (pics to follow of the exhaust) which is going to be mated to an angled flange which is going to be fitted onto the 15g, thus I need a new mounting flange and some flat plate was knocking about, so I roughed out a sort of circle (freehand) with a plasma ready cutter ready for turning on the lathe
