Hi all, I know there has been a thread somewhere about this but I am damned if I can find it - can anyone help?
There is, I am pretty sure, a table of the sizes and colour codes of the rear ARB Anti roll bars fitted to the various models of 850 T5, T5R 850R etc.
Any pointers or links will be welcomed.

there are 5 850 rear anti roll bars listed in the pocket data book, but they dont give up the sizes that easily !
if i were taking a best guess it will be :
estate, non nivomat and nivomat
saloon, non nivomat and nivomat
then a sport suspension bar for both.
you can only find out the size on your car by using the chassis plate code.
I have this little text file on my PC - unknown source, but I know I have seen a table with paint codes and sizes..
"There are 4 types listed.
1. 9191459 - up to 1993, without Nivomat, 19.5mm Diameter (chassis plate marked M)
2. 9191461 - with Nivomat, 20.8mm Diameter, with lowered chassis (marked P)
3. 9191462 - chassis plate marked N
4. 9140203 - chassis plate marked V
to check chassis plate look at the plate, shown below, its under the bonnet"

It relates to P1 s/v/c70 rather than 850.
I'm pretty sure all the info is on Volvospeed somewhere, but I don't know exactly where off the top of my head.

9173982 O.Dia 20 mm (marked red)
9173983 O.Dia 21 mm (marked yellow)
9173471 O.Dia 21.5 mm (marked yellow/blue)
rear sway bar part #s, probable O.Diameter:
9191459 (marked green) 19.5 mm
9191461 (marked yellow) 20 mm
9191462 (marked blue) 20.8 mm
9191494 (marked black) 21 mm
