So just a quick ownership update for anyone who's interested in this model.
I've had my 2009 S80 D5 lux auto for 9 months now. I absolutely love it especially how infrequent visits to the petrol station are with this car.
Previously I had a 2001 T5 s60 geartronic. The S80 is my first diesel. I find myself using the cruise control in this car more than ever before..
I've had absolutely no problems with the car.. It drives like new. Gears change smoothly pulls like a train.. (it's done 106k)
I've noticed The car is so so quiet.. Like not a single rattle or bump can be heard from the interior or wheels even over rough roads. Quite impressive actually..
4 years from now I reckon I'll be looking to pick up a used s90 T8 plug in hybrid which come out this year.
