DICE not working

Hi all.

I tried to connect my DICE to my car the other day and found that only the top two LEDs were lit. USB connectivity was good as I was able to carryout a DICE diagnostic on VIDA. It recognized my DICE, showing the serial # etc and it passed ALL the tests (LED test etc) accept one. All four LEDs light up on the LED function test.

It failed on the Interface test - meaning it will not communicate with the car, therefore, it's useless!!

I am going to try and plug into another P2 to establish if its the car or the DICE but for now, has anyone else had this issue?
Anyone trained on DICE?

I'm using software VIDA 2013A and it works absolutely fine.

weren't you having issues with the cem? if so, that's probably the problem.

Only time I've had problens like that is when the software hasn't quite booted up fully. Do you have green box on the tray icon?
