Cylinder head and other questions

Does anyone know which head flows better?

The stock vvt (turbo) head:

Is there any flow data out there?

Oh, and another question: will the button end from the later B5234T3 swap straight into an early block? I might have a chance of a couple of early GLT engines complete, you see, but will initially be fitting my later engine into the 240
