Hi all
new here and need some advise please
i would like to remap my c70 to get more power and have been told i have to take the ecu out and send it off and been quoted £250 to £300 for this i am in essex is there anyone local and is it any cheaper seems a bit steep to me also is it worth doin or should i wait and get a 2.3 t5 i am a new volvo owner and love em.
any help would be great
As I said on your other thread, get yourself a T5 and map that. It's gonna cost a bit more in fuel, insurance etc but will be worth every penny when you destroy an Msport down a sliproad;)
that is defo the way i want to go so i may wait is the 2.3 the best one to go for?

There is a lovely C70 T5 for sale for less than a grand in the classifieds - Bigshrek IIRC.

No - i've not seen it but for that price you are hardly likely to be out of pocket.
Essex to hinkley (leicestershire), about 1h30m. Depending where in essex you are.
£800, surprised its not already gone.
