Ah makes sense - My mind is probably biased as I had a buddy whose Rev 2 MR2 Turbo was mostly held together with the damn things!

And, some more new badges for the back of the car.

I'm going to try and get some more work done on the car this weekend, but at the moment I'm having a lot of back and hip problems :(
Love the badges, Colin :)
Where did you get them made up?
Hope your weary joints give you a break soon so you can crack on with this.
Christ, your new hip will get a test run the first time you press the clutch pedal!

I think it'll be a while yet before I get a new hip, I'm also having to watch my blood pressure at the moment :)
Hehe yeah thats the perfect motor to watch your blood pressure in ... Does your doctor know about it .
Think you've got the twin clutch master sorted, but I've just found these and thought of your project straight away, don't know if you've seen them but here's a possible solution....http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product...oducts_id=4102

or the remote reservoir version http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product...ducts_id=10444

both are around £95 but the second is good value as it includes the reservoirs and reservoir mounting brackets ( and wilwood does stand out nicely on the casting..:) )
Any use Colin ???
I don't think it will move enough fluid, the Volvo one is huge. I will keep them in mind though
Front bumper was looking very tatty in the picture of the new wheels, so I thought I should do something about it.

really coming together now Colin, despite the grotty weather of late
Still pottering on, the front wings are going off tomorrow for final prep and paint :) I also rattle caned some black paint on the bonnet as it was pecking my head as it was.

Love it Mate , don't you think a parachute would be more suitable.
I think an anchor from a super tanker launched out he back will be about all that will stop that beast when is wound up full chat! Nice little mod that - how are you actuating it, is it relayed from the brake pedal?
This is just a mockup, it will be actuated by a couple of air cylinders, which will be triggered by the brake switch and a speed sensor, so it will only trigger at speeds over 100mph (although there will be an over ride switch for the speed sensor) ;)
my vw corrado used to do that
