Twin engined you say? Intrigued...
'This little beauty' ain't gonna look like that for long.
Hope it works out ok for u col look forward to seeing it and racing:)
Dont forget my wiper blades mate :)
And ive got a spare t5r you can come racing in next year it aint doing nothing else wouldnt be the same with out you :)
Only a couple of months ago I was thinking about building a twin engined T5 (T10) one front one rear. The quick easy(?) way would be to fit the complete engine and subframe with struts etc.
I hope you do it to save me doing it. More hassle than I could really be bothered with. Watching with interest
You don't do things by half do you mate. :D
if it was me id be tempted to build a new tubular subframe. be easier than trying to graft whole front end in. id make it in alloy to.
I'll bring the blades to the meet tomorrow :)
That is exactly what I will be doing
Got to give you lot something to read, now that Pedro doesn't post as meny updates on BT any more
Just much easier to transplant everything into the back
But then I would still be stuck with 430bhp, and I want more :)
Watching with interest :shockedbi
tube chassis! I'm building one
what do you expect this behemoth to weigh?
It will weigh a bit more, but it will have twice the power, I'm liking the look of that tube chasis
This is going to be insane! How much did you end up getting this car for? Many faults with it?
[QUOTE=Henk;661260]tube chassis! I'm building one
wish i could draw on cad like that. ok with 2d with 3d ive got no chance
Dramatic lengths and cost for a 14.6 colin :bud:
understandable, probably a bit better balanced too.
cheers, I do CAD for work too, so if you guys need anything modeled up...
Should be fun to see, can't wait!
