Hi .... have just taken delivery of my S80 V8 which has keyless entry. Have been reading bad things about it being easy to nick though. BWM, Range Rovers etc seem to be prey to keyless thieves. Anyone know if the same problem afflicts Volvos? Would hate to lose it ..... took me over a year to find it.
With respect I think you'll be fine fella, I mean, who'd want to nick an S80? Thing is they're such a rare car and there's no demand for them in Europe. Pointless trying to steal something that can't be sold on.Quote:

Got to say Lee has a point so I wouldn't worry about it. If I did have something worth nicking I would leave the keys somewhere obvious in the house (on a hook in the kitchen)....cos if someone really wanted my car enough to break into my house, I would rather they took it and buggered off instead of waking me up
