Well got the car back from mot.........

New walbro 255 fuel pump fitted, in tank fuel line......what a bugger of a job getting sender unit back into tank.
Fuel filter changed.

Volvo 760 proper 2x single din centre console purchased.

740s have more status than the 940s, getting more modern ckassic.
940s are just cheap tunable rwd cars.

Motronic crap in 740s not very adaptable......best combo would be late 940 squirter block...

its a swede and proud!!!!!

You"ll have to modify your down pipe to change the flange.

If you do it now at least you wont have to do it later :)

It was more of a question to the masses rather than a dont do it.

with regards to maf from previous experience I would always try buy a genuine bosch item, I've learnt that the hard way after buying inferior bosch copies......but that is the correct part number....

While manifold is off you going to grind it out to t3 size inlet....much better flow :)

What amm you running with those injectors?

It does look good graham. As you say they're only plastics but its very individual.
Brings the engine bay to life and highlights how clean it all is.

Oh and steering wheel looks a cracking job...

13c has smaller hot side, wouldnt have thought much point making hybrid with it.

Could you not just get volvo hot side from somewhere like kana whats it called.

In what way is ur ebay turbo wrong? Hope that its not it wont fit ur down pipe, only a 13c and 15g have conical flange.

They also need clocking for rwd. (Housings rotating. )

Its only a npr (issuzu) lorry intercooler. 55mm deep instead of 35 standard with 2.75" inlet/outlet as...

Expansion bottle certainly makes a huge difference....looking really clean.

Todays job mostly involved piss arsing about trying to line up chra with turbo drain pipe.

Makes it look like it'll bite passers by.

Painting the wheels to match grey on the bumpers will finish it off nicely :)
