the price saving on buying just the bushes instead of a whole arm, is better than the extra .3 labour allowance you get for pressing the bushes after it...

every volvo has a syphon filter in the tank filler assembly 2000 on .
had a few customers in who had customs bugger their tank up at the tunnel doing random checks for red diesel - needed new pipes...

thats why i never fill up unless on a long journey as you never know whats around the corner

use the diesel rerurn pipe on the filter. might take a while though

New ECU is about 800 quid. But what if I do the ECU and it turns out to be something in the loom (you seen the loom on a P2?) or another sensor elsewhere that can't be tracked...

Aren't intercoolers more typically the culprit than turbos on these?

A faulty BCS would throw a code, a tired one wouldn't. For the money I'd try changing it first.

Check the boost solenoid first, could be leaking a bit. Or maybe the waste gate flutters a bit. Try the cheaper bits first.
