If your going to fit a blanking plate just use the vac line that the old recirc valve thats going to be removed utilised

You still need to either fit a blanking plate, or a one way valve into the recirc vac line.

Any connection from the vacuum tree or better still, the couple below on the front of the inlet manifold will do to operate to dv correctly, as in my pic's below...
