It does sound like boost spiking I personally would wait while at Tims to double check mapping as quite a few items have changed and also try different parts if mapping doesn't cure it

From the factory, I do believe the ME7 head does flow a 'little bit better' than the Pre-ME7's. But if you're going to the hassle of building an engine, surely you'd port and flow the cylinder head...

At aem day when I still had the green one and 18t that made just short of 300bhp at about 14/15psi
I run a 18t, had it rebuilt just incase as i had a little play in shaft, with supporting mods it ran 314bhp at 18psi, i run 20psi now so maybe a little more oomph.
