Ideally you'll want the aux belt tensioner tool to relieve the tension on the aux belt - this is a square profile male end on a long bar...

s60r manifold and a remap mate is the way to go after a stage zero. make sure your auto fluid is in good condition too
It might sound boring, but having been in the same situation before, start off with a stage zero tune. Before you start bolting on new bigger bits, make sure you have a good base.
