I dunno... mines been pretty bad in the year I've owned it.
Looks nice. Tell us a bit more about.
Yea I paid £300 for map and dyno before and after.
Give Hamish a call.
Also don't focus too much on the peak power figures :)
Get it bought :)

Hi Chaps.
Does anyone know how hard the clear coat is on my S60? I want to do some polishing by hand and results I guess will depend on how tough the clear coat is.
This is what I have planned....
Check codes? It may show one of your sensors being off.
Good news mate. Enjoy the new feel to the clutch ;)
All will be sorted tomorrow, don't worry :)
Yea it's a pretty big job, book says 7-8 hours. I paid £200 labour.
That's a really good price for the DMF.
£200 Labour
£330 Lightened SMF
£100 Clutch
£110 Slave
£11.87 flywheel bolts
£6 clutch cover bolts
£36 oil
£20 rear main oil seal.
£813.87
FMIC - Front mounted intercooler
IAT - Intake air temperature
FFS - for **** sake :p
WOT - Wide open throttle
Chris, mine came with the car but is the same as the one stephenevans99 got.
S60 is 31 front and 30 rear.
Looks a little pricey, but you've done a proper job.
Like volvokid said, what's the cost break down?
Don't think I've posted these up :)
Think it needs lowering a touch.

Unless it's a 2.4 T5 ;)
I wouldn't recommend the cheaper map, I had problems with someone just 'sticking' a map on with no RR to test. HLM map has been peachy since I've had it :)
I hear you about clutch and DMF, I'm...
Oh those are nice, look just like the oem Nebula. Look forward to seeing pics when they are on. Planning on some new rubber too?
Nice REG, the plate looks a bit bare without the GB part on the side though.
Want to clean my calipers and paint them a nice fresh silver. Haven't got a clue what the best way to clean/paint. Anyone done this on their S60 that could give me some pointers?
Mine's on a 54 plate and has a 2.4. Engine code should be under the bonnet - B5244T5

I wouldn't say a lot, occasional blast. Majority of my driving is short trips around town. On the motorway with the cruise set to 70 I was seeing ~35-40mpg
