I used a 3' breaker bar on mine, I was surprised how easy it was to get off. :)

I use a 6 foot long scaffold bar :D
You need at least a meter long breaker bar and loads of strength to do those up. - its stupid tight!
its 120nm + 60 degrees and that = FT

U can use a maf from 2.5t as well cos they are the same part numbers,I did on mine.It will be over fuelling whithout maf.

Things need to be checked are fuel trims and if O2 sensor switches.
If new injectors are exactly the same as ur old ones there is no need for any remap.
ECU may need some time to adopt...
The car may have been put back to standard during the service. If so, just call your nearest RICA agent and book it in to have the new Volvo software read and remapped again.
Might be worth pulling the battery off for a few hours. If the ecu had learned to cope with knackered injectors, it may be overfueling. A reset may help.
Rob, I had a look at the market. and I think a S60 exhaust is pretty standard , for all turbo models (catback).
I found getting one made would be cheapest , £180 for S/S Back box - £350 for...
Possibly sounds like a faulty ABS wheel Sensor(s) and/or ABS Ring which could be cracked.
Could also be some dirt in the abs ring.
