I had a t4 that was running 18-19psi, but that had been remapped which, if done properly, should be more reliable.

^^ what they said, might be worth doing a search on how to check your actuator as well. My MBC made things worse on my T4 cos the actuator was screwed.

Yes it depends where you read about boost but some figures say 12psi, 13psi and 14psi lol. Mine was 14 on the gauge. I would say get a gauge and see where you're at before you tinker with boost...

I would bin the MBC and run the stock BCS. Stock should be 14psi.

I played about with a manual boost controller on the car, however I found out it made no difference on mine because it is ecu controlled.
If this is the phase 1 then it might be different.
