yeah ive used similar on one of my merc's wen the miles got up. I find the Volvo engines tap wen the oil gets broken down, or the incorrect oil has been used.

If your wanting to change the exhaust manifold the s60r one or me7 japan manifolds are the ones to have ( there are plenty of threads on here of which is best if you search it)

term lcb is generally know as long centre branch, type of tuning exhaust manifold used alot on a-series and b-series engines and others
