It might be you full lock stopper ,just put some grease on them like copper grease and check your inner arch steel plate

With that mileage it might be your Dpf pig fat tank running low if you have dpf of course
Like Harvey said get it plug on Vida dice and they will know

Mass Air Flow should not trigger the ETS light tho??

It's plug and play on these,new one got the right voltage,so everything goes of when fitted

spacer will stop your inner rubbing but might touch your wings on the outer?
