IPD have a good video online showing how to route pipe work through a grommet at the door pillar and where to pick up the power supply for backlighting.

I'm not sure about on these, but on past cars I've found a grommet in the bulkhead and gone through that.

Best way is just to measure the existing pipework, then order the same size. The p2 may well be all 6mm, for some reason I thought the p2 vac tubing was the same size...

I didn't have spacers And had 245/40/18s

They were listed with 225/40/18s in US iirc but I use 235/40/18s when putting tyres on.

You could fit 225s, but why would you want to? We've stuck to 235/40/18s, but toying with the idea of spacers and 245/40/18s or 245/35/18s.

still 24psi is alot, 1.5 bar is roughly 22psi which with a good map should give you 340ish bhp, if your saying your running 24psi what injectors do you have?
Also 1.5 (22psi) bar is near the safe...

Have you done the usual check for boost leaks on the main boost pipework and also the vac hoses. Could also be the Turbo Control Valve is needs replacing as if it hasn't been done before now its well...
