Having come from a Subaru Impreza to a T5, I might be able to help with this.

I'd be mighty tempted to get one of those next time.

It's down to individual taste, but I do like dark wheels on light coloured cars.
I think you'd be alright with anthracite or gunmetal grey.

I've seen your seats on Hallsy's post about the 1/2 leather seats. I would think the neutral stuff he does would work, or certainly help.
