like t5 monkey says be wary of trading outside of ebay, if it was me and the car was road legal i would ring my insurance for cover and get the train and drive it home
p.s make sure there is a v5...
ebay gives you a degree of protection... be careful with a bank transfer

well I've been to have a look. Its just like he said. It feels like it cycles ok through the gears and the clutch pedal feels normal, but it just acts like its in neutral when you lift the clutch....

OK, I made a blanking plate this morning.
Step 1
Take off the vac pipes to the recirc valve and waist gate, also undo the clip for the boost pipe and move it out of the way...
I only did mine last week and managed to do it all from the top. If u remove the top two bolts you can rotate the recirc to get to the bottom bolt. Do the reverse when fitting the blanking plate....
