get the car checked out properly by someone who actually knows what they're doing. i don't know much but the more i learn the more i realise i actually know jack!
if you put...
the actuator simply unbolts, but as said the original 19t actuator is stiffer than that on a 15g so takes more boost to open. FFM has got a 15g actuator on his 19t but a few people have recommended...
tbh its a tough call, yes i'm running that set-up (& more) on a stock ECU but at the moment i'm running a very low boost level to be on the safe side. What you'll have to watch for is how aggressive...
it'll be a 16t on an auto, & yes a normal 850 T-5 only has a 15g so you can sell it on.
i can't remember if autos are good for 300 or 350bhp, fitting an additional oil cooler will help also just...
no its just the same as running a MBC, only giving you alot more control over it. You will still be limited by the ECU's boost limit tho. I set it all myself, i've got a couple of settings as well...
for the throttle body, pm Tim Williams on here or T5D5 as he does an exchange on these.
there is someone on T5D5 selling a 19t for £400.

the turbo on your car is a 16t. the 18t only came on the manual 2wd 70' series R and the 1999 B5234T8 V70R.
any manifold from a 2.0t/2.4t/T5 S60/V70 2000 onwards would be good as they are the same...
i had nos all plumbed in & fitted, but never got round to wiring up the throttle switch & get the running. I brought a cheap single fogger kit from ebay for £130 & then £20 for a second hand bottle,...
This little thingy tells you the difference between speeds for different tyre / wheel sizes ;)
Tyre / Wheel Calculator
Use your Sat Nav or borrow one, to check your spedo to actual speed.
i think the newer F*rd/Volvo's have a different 5 stud pattern. But 850's, C/V/S70's & S60's all fit each other
yeah should be the right size then mate if not no doubt somebody will pop on and tell us both lol
Have a look here for a parts numberhttp://www.autohausaz.com/volvo-auto-parts/index.html
Or you could go one better and ask Rufe/Simon for the part, he can give you a good price on most parts.:)

i know its for the 850 but hopefully be of some use
most kits lower approx 30/40mm
also the choice of kit you go for depends on how much you want to spend,
also depending what sort of ride you want, some are soft, some are hard,
some are adjustable,...
Hi,
don't know about the alarm I'm afraid.
If you mean the car's been chipped to increase performance, no I don't think there's any way it could reset due to a flat battery.
HTH, Pete
i made a complete new intake pipe, but i'd of thought it would be better to leave the bung in the pipe & block off the pipes going into it if your going to use the original pipe
you won't notice any difference just by moving them, but my theory is every little helps
most people tend to move them if they've got a mesh grill as you can see them thru it
Though to supply here:

Some are 4 stud and some are 5. Fitments are nickable from www.alloywheels.com, which has a database of fitments for lots of cars. I haven't actually used them for wheels, but their data was good!
This is on your vin plate in the engine bay, well it is on my 850 so a good place to start
Positive Crankcase Ventilation system - plumbing and filters in-between crankcase and inlet, often gets gunked up with emulsified oil. There should be an article on here about how to clean as badger...

Old then, look at the PCV & the idle control valve. Should be one or the other.
My bet at this time would be a blocked PCV.
