the small diameter silicone hose like that has got no integral strength & been known to balloon with the pressure
That would work but for strength and longevity I would buy fuel hose like this:

+1 Ill Second that, first thing I have done to every T5. Fuel line will outlive most cars. If you buy 5mm it will fit all the connections nice and snug.
That sounds like a good idea, i'll have to get some.
The way I see it is if the standard hoses last for 10 years plus and are far cheaper than silicone hoses why buy the expensive ones? Most of my hoses were varieties of diameter of garden hose off the...
sounds like it was one of the small diameter vac hoses to/from the BCS (boost control solenoid). I'd replace them using internally braided fuel hose
I started thinking about replacing the hoses on mine yesterday, not really looked into it yet, but have come across these...
I personally would identify exactly what caused the problem. Its quite rare the hoses just split expecially one that would cause a servere vacuum leak, perhaps there was undue pressure on the hose.

Hi.
Same as volvokid I fitted the crystal headlight units and indicators from the C70. Best price from Rufe at FRF Volvo. I then fitted a decent HID kit from www.hids4u.co.uk with H7R bulbs which...
I will say one thing if you think there bad try a new C70 with xenon lights, from factory they are set dangerously low on dipped beam, full beam is perfect but boy does your ass twitch on dipped.
All in tonite cos we are all saving our money :D
Can't remember off the top of my head, but it was over £300 brand new (when i was looking a while back). The projector headlights are about £260, but just don't look as good and as i'll be keeping my...
Same as me mate, they are almost pointless, like 2 candles in jars!
I'm going for the crystal lights off the 2003 c70, they are more expensive than the aftermarket projectors but i think they suit...
Hi Mac
Hid kit is a great upgrade as are the crystal lights as Volvokid says they look superb too.

Have a look at the pics of my V70 in my album, those are from the last C70's
I've never personally used them, but the company Tameside Transmissions has been mentioned to me before. Take a look or give em a call.

Hey, £500 for a garage to change the rad?
If your at all handy with the old spanner set, I'd say save your beans and DIY. It's really not that hard a job to do - can be a bit fiddely with...
Simon thats a cracking price!
I paid more than that for a pattern. if only i knew about you, lol!
does sound like the rad though mate.
I supply most genuine volvo radiators at that price, well plus a tenner for delivery, which is a good price i think, in comparison to similar priced (and sometimes more expensive) non genuine...
Had the same problem myself and had to change out the Rad, as per T5 Stealth. Not the worst job in the world to do - the Hanyes manual describes the procedure pretty well.
