I struggling to believe 2 things here.. one that you were actually stupid/crazy enough to race a car at excessive speed on a public road in bad conditions - which resulted in an RTA and secondly that...
Not going to get much warmth in the tyres in those conditions...

Having had a tune set up properly done on a rolling road on another vehicle I think it's the best way forward if thats your wish
